We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip to Vietnam, however we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen.
In the event of cancellation, the cancellation fee will be applied as below:
All airline tickets are non-refundable and require instant payment. In case customers cancel advanced arrangements more than 30 days prior to departure: The total deposit paid to us (30% or US$ 300 per person) will be charged to cover flights, hotel booking and other administrative fees. The remaining money will applied to your other tours and services with us during one year (365 days) from the date the deposit was received. When this time period is over, the amount is forfeited.
20 – 30 days: 30% of the Tour price is forfeited.
10 – 19 days: 50% of the Tour price is forfeited.
01 – 09 days: 100% of the Tour price is forfeited.
No-show travelers will be charged 100% of the tour price.
After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your willingness, early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.
SPECIAL NOTES:
Vietnam Typical Tours Cancellation received up to 30 days before departure.
You need to pay more if the cancellation of a member in your tour group causes the change of the Tourist Class.
